摘要
本次项目要将浙江省台州市石塘四岙村在改造成一所国际艺术学院的同时,摆脱近年来乡村聚落发展同质化的现象。针对石塘四岙村石屋建筑聚落现状,设计小组深入调研四岙村空间基因特征,运用BIGMAP、CAD、SU重现现状地形与建筑,结合四岙村聚落空间本质特征并借用生物学基因的概念,解决传统乡村聚落发展同质化的问题。最终确定整体方案采用石塘特有的海、光、石、色等代表基因,以“将光带回石塘”为主题,将台州乡创学院打造一个创造一个立足本土,面向国际,创造未来的国际创新艺术院校。通过本次石塘四岙村的改造更新,希望对石塘今后的石屋建筑聚落改造以及其他传统乡村聚落的更新提供丰富的经验。
The purpose of this project is to transform Shitang si’ao village,Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province into an international art college and get rid of the homogenization of rural settlement development in recent years.According to the current situation of Shiwu architectural settlement in si’ao village,Shitang,the design team deeply investigated the spatial gene characteristics of si’ao village,used bigmap,CAD and Su to reproduce the current terrain and architecture,combined with the spatial essential characteristics of si’ao village and borrowed the concept of biological gene to solve the problem of homogenization of traditional rural settlement development.The overall scheme was finally determined,and the unique representative genes of sea,light,stone and color of Shitang were adopted. With the theme of "bringing light back to Shitang",Taizhou Township innovation college was built into an international innovative art college based on local,facing the world and creating the future.Through the reconstruction and renewal of si’ao village in Shitang,we hope to provide rich experience for the reconstruction of Shiwu architectural settlements and the renewal of other traditional rural settlements in Shitang in the future.
