摘要
成渝地区双城经济圈高质量发展是国家“十四五”规划的重要内容。基于2006—2019年33个指标构成的面板数据,采用熵权TOPSIS法测算出高质量发展综合指数;采用Dagum基尼系数寻找成渝地区双城经济圈高质量发展的区域差异来源;运用Kernel核密度估计成渝高质量发展的分布及动态演进趋势;选择SDM双固定空间效用模型检验了经济圈高质量发展的时空收敛性。研究发现:(1)成渝地区双城经济圈高质量发展呈空间“U”型且“双核独大”结构。(2)成渝地区双城经济圈区域差异主要来自区域间差异且存在极化现象。(3)成渝地区双城经济圈高质量发展σ收敛不显著,但存在显著的空间绝对β收敛和条件β收敛且空间相关性为负,表明经济圈内部呈现竞争关系。
High-quality development of Sichuan-Chongqing economic circle is an important part of the Central Government’s 14th Five-Year Plan.Based on the 33 indicators from 2006 to 2019,this paper calculates the comprehensive index of high-quality development by the means of the entropy weight TOPSIS method.It uses the Dagum Gini coefficient to find the sources of regional differences for high-quality development of Sichuan-Chongqing and the Kernel density estimation to explore its distribution and dynamic evolution trend.Based on SDM,we test the spatiotemporal convergence of high-quality development in Sichuan-Chongqing.The results show that:1) the high-quality development of shuangcheng economic circle in Sichuan-Chongqing area presents a spatial "U" space and "dual core is dominant" structure.2) The regional differences of Sichuan-Chongqing Economic Circle mainly come from inter-regional differences and exist polarization phenomenon.3) The σ convergence of high-quality development in Sichuan-Chongqing Economic Circle is not significant,but there is significant spatial absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence,and the spatial correlation is negative,indicating that there is competition within the urban agglomeration.
