摘要
随着信息技术的日益发展,电信网络诈骗犯罪的数量日益增多,具有较大的社会危害性。《个人信息保护法》的实施,对于电信网络诈骗的防治具有很大增益,但也存在其局限性。目前对于电信网络诈骗的防治,侦查机关应当在结合其特点与新形势背景的基础上,通过精准防控予以预防,通过部门合作与区域合作实现对电信网络诈骗的全方位查处。
With the development of information technology,the number of telecommunications network fraud crimes is increasing,which has great social harmfulness.The implementation of the Personal Information Protection Law has great benefit to the prevention and control of telecommunications network fraud,but there is also has its limitation.At present,for the prevention and control of telecommunications network fraud,the investigative organ should accurately prevent and control on the basis of combining its characteristics with the new situation,through the departments cooperation and regional cooperation to achieve a comprehensive telecommunications network fraud investigation and prosecution.
