摘要
为了提高超深井钻机的性能和安装、拆卸效率,钻机生产商设计了以K型井架为主要结构形式的钻机,井架、底座的起升方式是其研究重点之一。介绍了K型井架底座的4种起升方式,及其钻机的结构特点、井架底座的起升原理,分析了各种起升方式适用的钻机井深级别。为超深井钻机的发展提出了建议。
In order to improve the performance and installation and disassembly efficiency of ultra-deep well drilling rigs,drilling rig manufacturers have designed drilling rigs with K-type derricks as the main structural form.The lifting method of the derrick and the base is one of the research focuses.The four lifting methods of the K-type derrick base,the structural characteristics of the drilling rig,and the lifting principle of the derrick base were introduced.The drilling rig depth levels applicable to various lifting methods were analyzed.
