摘要
在发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)颗粒/脱硫石膏中分别掺入聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维与玄武岩纤维、PVA纤维与木质纤维素及玄武岩纤维与木质纤维素,研究纤维复掺对EPS颗粒/脱硫石膏强度的影响。结果表明,两种纤维复合掺杂对EPS颗粒/脱硫石膏综合性能改善效果优于单掺纤维。当PVA纤维和玄武岩纤维质量比为2∶1,纤维总掺量为1.2%时,与单掺PVA纤维或玄武岩纤维最优组相比,试块绝干抗压强度分别提高16.31%、7.54%,饱水抗压强度提高26.32%、3.00%,饱水抗折强度分别提高了4.08%、13.33%,综合力学性能较优。
The effects of PVA fiber and basalt fiber,PVA fiber and lignocellulose,basalt fiber and lignocellulose on the strength of EPS particles/desulfurized gypsum were studied.The results show that the performance of EPS particles/desulfurized gypsum improved by two kinds of fiber composite doping is better than that by fiber single doping.When the mass ratio of PVA fiber to basalt fiber is 2∶1 and the total fiber content is 1.2%,compared with the single doped PVA fiber or basalt fiber,the compressive strength in the dry state of EPS particles/desulfurized gypsum increases by 16.31%and 25.04%,the and the compressive strength underwater absorption saturation increases by 26.32%and 3.00%,the flexural strength underwater absorption saturation increases by 4.08% and 13.33%,respectively.The comprehensive mechanical properties of EPS particles/desulfurized gypsum are better.
