摘要
山钢日照公司利用2050 mm热连轧生产线开发生产热轧双相钢HR450/780DP,通过合理的化学成分设计,对温度控制、轧辊辊型、轧制负荷分配弯辊力动态调整、轧制速度等进行优化,实现了批量稳定生产,产品质量满足标准和客户的要求。
The research and development and technical optimization of HR450/780DP strip steel in Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Co.Ltd.are introduced.Through the optimization of chemical composition design,temperature control,roll shape,rolling load distribution,bending force dynamic adjustment,rolling speed and other aspects,the batch stable production is realized,and the mechanical properties meet the production and lightweight requirements of automobile parts.
