摘要
介绍了结晶器在线调宽装置以及在线调宽系统的操作方式和步骤,指出了结晶器在线调宽技术的关键工艺参数和注意事项。结晶器在线调宽技术的应用,改变了更换铸坯断面必须停机的操作模式,提高了铸机的作业率;减少了停浇产生的铸坯切头尾和中间包铸余,显著改善了连铸机各项经济技术指标。
This paper introduces the mould on-line width adjustment device and the operation mode and steps.Moreover,it also points out critical process parameters and the attention points of mold on-line width adjustment equipment.The application of this technology has changed the operation mode that must stop the caster while changing sectional dimensions.In addition,head cutting,tail cutting and the casting residual of tundish have been reduced which can dramatically improve economic indicators of the caster.
