摘要
目的研究肝脏、肾脏疾病患者面部不同分区颜色参数,探讨面部分候理论在疾病诊断中的价值。方法应用便携式面象采集系统采集肝系疾病(82例)、肾系疾病(81例)及健康人(100例)的面象样本,用图像标注软件Labelme对采集的面部图片进行分区标注,然后采用中医面诊数字化分析系统对分割部位面色进行分析,对比面部分区LAB参数。结果与健康人相比,肝病患者目眦部面色L值在数值上变化最大,其次为上额头、颊、目下、下颌、下极之下,A值、B值变化在数值上虽差异较小,但A值上额头、目下、颊部,B值上额头、目眦、目下、颊部变化存在统计学差异;肾病患者面色L值变化程度最大部位为下极之下,其次为上额头、目下、下颌、颊、目眦,A值数值变化较小,但各部位减小程度均具有统计学意义,B值上额头、目眦、目下、下极之下部升高程度具有统计学意义。结论面部分区颜色参数客观化分析可作为肝系疾病、肾系疾病临床诊断标准之一,为中医临床辨病提供面诊参数量化指标。
Objective To study the color parameters of different regions of the face in patients with liver and kidney diseases,and to explore the value of the facial partial syndrome theory in the diagnosis of diseases.Methods The portable facial image acquisition system was used to collect facial samples of liver diseases(82 cases),kidney diseases(81 cases)and healthy people(100 cases),and the collected facial pictures were marked with the image annotation software Labelme.Then,we used the digital analysis system of traditional Chinese medicine facial diagnosis to analyze the facial color of the segmented parts and compare the LAB parameters of the facial area.Results Compared with healthy people,the L value of the eye canthus complexion in patients with liver disease had the largest numerical change,followed by the upper forehead,cheeks,under the eyes,mandibular,and under the radix nasi.The changes in the A and B values were relatively small difference in numerical values,but there were statistical differences in the A value on the forehead,under the eye,and cheeks,and the B value on the forehead,eye canthus,under the eye,and cheeks.The largest change in the L value of the face of patients with kidney disease was under the lower pole,followed by the upper forehead,sub-head,mandible,cheek,eye canthus.The value of A changes little,but the degree of reduction in each part was statistically significant,and the degree of increase in the upper forehead,eye canthus,lower eye,and lower pole of the B value was statistically significant.Conclusion The objective analysis of facial color parameters can be used as one of the clinical diagnostic criteria for liver diseases and renal diseases,and it can provide quantitative indicators of face diagnosis parameters for clinical diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.
