Determination of BHCs and DDTs Residues in Soil by MPFC-QuEChERS Combined with Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

摘要 为建立MPFC-QuEChERS-气相色谱/质谱联用法同时测定土壤中六六六和滴滴涕残留量的分析方法,本文选用丙酮/正己烷(V/V滴=1∶1)作为萃取溶剂,经MPFC-QuEChERS柱净化后采用气相色谱质谱仪分析,内标法定量。结果显示,六六六和滴滴涕的含量在0.02~1.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r^(2)>0.999),加标回收率在83.86%~106.80%之间,相对标准偏差在0.96%~4.80%之间。可见该方法操作简便快速、准确可靠,可应用于土壤中六六六和滴滴涕残留量的快速测定。 The MPFC-QuEChERS-Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry method was established to determine the residues of BHCs and DDTs in soil.The sample was extracted with acetone/n-hexane(V/V=1:1),purified by MPFC-QuEChERS column and quantified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry and internal standard method.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship(r^(2)>0.999)in the range of 0.02-1.0μg/mL,the recoveries were 83.86%-106.80%,and the RSD was 0.96%-4.80%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive,and is suitable for the rapid determination of BHC and DDT residues in soil.
