QuEChERS-高效液相色谱—串联质谱法测定番茄中15种农药残留

Determination of 15 Pesticide Residues in Tomato by QuEChERS-High Performance Liquid Chromatograph-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 本文以地理标志保护产品“胡阳西红柿”为研究对象,建立QuEChERS-高效液相色谱—串联质谱法测定番茄中霜霉威、噻菌灵、抗蚜威等15种农药残留的检测方法。番茄样品用乙腈提取,经QuEChERS方法提取和净化后,用液相色谱—串联质谱法检测。结果表明,15种农药在0.005~0.200μg/mL浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)在0.9985~0.9999,检出限为0.06~1.12μg/kg。15种农药在番茄中添加回收率为72.2%~117.9%,RSD<9%。该方法操作简单、快速、回收率好,适用于番茄中多农药残留的定性表征和定量检测。 A QuEChERS-HPLC-MS/MS method was developed for the determination of 15 pesticide residues in tomato,such as Propamocarb,Thiabendazole and Pirimicarb,with the geographical indication protection product"Huyang Tomato"as the research object.Pesticide residues were extracted by acetonitrile,then purified by QuEChERS method and analyzed by LC-MS/MS.The linear range of the 15 pesticides was 0.005-0.200μg/mL,and limits of detection was 0.06-1.12μg/kg,The correlation coefficient was 0.9985-0.9999.Addition-recovery test showes recoveries were 72.2%-117.9%and RSD was less than 9%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive,which is suitable for qualitative characterization and quantitative detection of multiple pesticide residues in tomato.
