精馏技术回收铀纯化工艺中的硝酸

摘要 采用精馏工艺处理生产线的废硝酸,选择了精馏塔类型与设备材质,确定了硝酸减压精馏工艺技术方案和工艺参数,回收了干净的硝酸试剂和水并满足生产线复用指标,缩减了外排废液的体积。该精馏系统的处理能力为5.0m^(3)/h,采出酸浓度在7~8mol/L、体积为0.9m^(3)/h,采出冷凝水酸度小于0.01mol/L、体积为3.2m^(3)/h。采用气相采酸方式在精馏塔底部采出的硝酸,有效地除去了各杂质。 The waste nitric acid solution was treated by rectification process from thepurification line,to recover clean nitric acid solution and water,which met the reuse indicators for the production line and reduced the volume of the nitric acid waste liquid discharged.The technical scheme and parameters were determined,the process flow was designed,also the type of rectification tower and the material of equipment were selected for the nitric acid rectification process.At present,the treatment capacity was 5.0m^(3)/h,the acidity was 7mol/L to 8mol/L and the volume was 0.9m^(3)/h of the nitric acid production,the acidity was less than 0.01mol/l and the volume was 3.2m^(3)/h of the produced condensate.The gas phase extraction method from the bottom of the rectification tower could effectively remove various impurities.
