摘要
为解决传统DC-DC变换器增益较低、电压应力较大等缺点,通过研究,以传统Boost变换器为基础,加入C-L-D倍压单元,并引入耦合电感倍压结构,提出一种具有零纹波输出特性的高升压变换器。变换器中C-D结构在进行倍压的同时还可作为钳位支路来吸收引入耦合电感所产生的漏感,减少器件的堆叠以降低成本,此外电容与输出电感形成的单独回路使得输出电流不仅连续且具有零纹波特性。分析变换器的工作原理,对比不同变换器的电气性能,给出各项实验设计参数,搭建原型电路,通过实验与理论进行验证。
In order to solve the disadvantages of traditional DC-DC converters such as low gain and high voltage stress,through research,based on the traditional Boost converter,adding a C-L-D voltage doubler unit and introducing a coupled inductor voltage doubler structure,a zero-ripple output-current high-step-up converter is proposed.The diode-capacitor is not only used as a boost branch,but also as a passive clamping branch to absorb leakage inductance energy of coupled inductance,while reducing the stacking of devices to reduce costs.In addition,the separate circuit formed by the capacitor and the output inductance makes the output current not only continuous but also has zero ripple characteristics.This paper analyzed the operating principle and performance of the converter,then made the parameter design for the proposed converter,and compared the performance of different converter systems.At last,this paper built prototype circuit to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
