摘要
近年来胜龙采油管理区油井在日常维护中,设备设施、井筒、管线流程等多种故障导致停井次数较多,生产时率仅有94.3%。为提高油井生产时率,管理区在如何提高油井生产时率的问题中应用六西格玛管理法,通过油井生产指挥系统平台(PCS)提取出油井开井时间得到平均无故障运行时间(MTBF),根据停井时间及维修后开井时间计算得到平均修复时间(MTTR),对油井MTBF、MTTR以及停井原因,从人、机、料、法、环五方面进行了因果分析,找出不可控因子和可控因子,着重对可控因子进行分析。采取针对高频率故障对策及零件寿命延长的技术改造快赢措施、建立皮带打滑预警模型、建立油井结蜡预警模型等方式提高管理区油井生产时率,减少因停井造成的产量损失。
In recent years,the oil wells in Shenglong oil production management area have been shut down frequently due to daily main⁃tenance,equipment and facilities,wellbore,pipeline process and other faults,and the production time rate is only 94.3%.In order to improve the oil well production time rate,the oil well production time(mean time between failures,MTBF)is extracted through the oil well production command system(PCS)platform,and the mean repair time(MTTR)is calculated according to the well shutdown time and the well production time after maintenance.MTBF and MTTR of oil well and the reasons for well shutdown are analyzed from five aspects of man,machine,material,method and environment using the Six Sigma management method to find out uncontrollable factors and controllable factors,and focus on the analysis of controllable factors.The oil well production time rate is improved and the produc⁃tion loss caused by well shutdown is reduced through taking the countermeasures for high-frequency faults and the technical transfor⁃mation measures for prolonging the service life of parts and establishing belt slipping early-warning model and oil well wax deposition early-warning model.
