改性夏威夷果壳炭的吸附性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 比较了化学一步活化法和直接炭化制备的夏威夷果壳炭的吸附性能。结果表明,采用化学一步活化法制备夏威夷果壳炭的最佳条件为:浸渍比(果壳∶氯化锌)为1∶2.5,升温速率为10℃/min,活化温度为550℃,保温时间60 min,在此条件下制备的夏威夷果壳炭的亚甲基蓝值达169.6 mg/g,碘值达1254.46 mg/g。傅里叶红外光谱、元素分析、XRD和扫描电镜等分析表明,化学一步活化法制得的果壳炭表面形貌具有丰富的孔隙结构、较多的极性官能团,呈现高石墨化程度,比表面积达1504.998 m^(2)/g。 The adsorption properties of Hawaiian shell biochar prepared by chemical one-step carbon activation and direct carbonization were compared.The results showed that the optimum conditions for preparation of Hawaiian shell carbon by chemical one-step carbon activation method were as follows:impregnation ratio(shell∶zinc chloride)was 1∶2.5,heating rate was 10℃/min,activation temperature was 550℃,holding time was 60 min.Under these conditions,the methylene blue value and iodine value of Hawaiian shell carbon were 169.6 mg/g and 1254.46 mg/g,respectively the physicochemical properties of Hawaiian shell carbon were analyzed by means of chemical analyzer,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,element analyzer,XRD analyzer and scanning electron microscope.It was found that the surface morphology of Hawaiian shell carbon prepared by chemical one-step activation method had rich pore structure,more polar functional groups and high degree of graphitization,with a specific surface area of 1504.998 m^(2)/g.
