预制套轨铁路轨枕及轨槽板布置方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 “流水机组-传送法”是有挡肩套轨轨枕的主要生产方式,其模具是影响轨枕预制质量的主要因素之一。为优化套轨轨枕设计和施工生产,通过有限元仿真对放张阶段有挡肩四线套轨和三线套轨进行模拟(改变布置方式和轨槽板角度)。研究表明,有挡肩四线套轨轨枕生产时,应将挡肩顶部距轨枕端部较大的一端布置在张拉端,轨枕挡肩角度取120°;改变有挡肩四线套轨轨枕轨槽板的高度,承轨槽深度取25 mm时,轨枕挡肩所受最大拉压应力和平均压应力最小;改变有挡肩三线套轨轨枕的布置方式,并分析三线套轨轨枕挡肩所受的最大拉压应力和平均压应力,得出有挡肩三线套轨轨枕的布置要求。 The main production method to produce gauntleting railway sleepers with retaining shoulders is “continuous machine-convey belt method”, and its mold is one of main factors affecting the prefabrication quality of sleepers. In order to optimize the design and production of sleepers, this paper simulated the four-track gauntleting railway and three-track gauntleting railway with shoulders in the release stage during the production by finite element simulation method(by changing the arrangement of sleeper sets in production and the angle of the rail groove plates). Research shows that, for the four-track gauntleting railway with retaining shoulders, the end of the sleeper has a larger distance to the top of the retaining shoulder should be placed at the stretching end, the sleeper shoulder with angle of 120° is conducive to production;By changing the height of the four-track sleeper rail groove plates with retaining shoulders, it is obtained that the maximum tensile and compressive stress and average compressive stress of the sleeper retaining shoulder are the minimum when the depth of the rail groove is 25 mm, which is beneficial to the production of sleepers. By changing the arrangement mode of the three-track gauntleting railway with blocking shoulders, and analyzing the maximum tensile and compressive stress and average compressive stress of three-track rail sleeper with blocking shoulders, the layout requirements of the three-track rail sleeper with blocking shoulders are obtained.
