摘要
井下辅助运输系统是用工量最大的煤矿井下作业环节,也是煤矿智能化建设的重要组成部分。上湾煤矿作为国家能源集团神东煤炭集团特大型现代化矿井,对全矿井智能化辅助运输通讯定位关键技术进行了深入研究,部署了DCGW网关,建设了井下5G基站,以求符合神东煤炭集团智能矿山内网需求并与其业务平台拉通;对井下多信息融合定位技术进行了深入研究,以求提升车辆定位精度和连续性;对车路协同系统技术开展研究,为无人驾驶系统提供超视距感知。开展了全矿井防爆电动无轨胶轮车应用研究,已完成防爆车辆的行车数据上传和交互,实现了全矿井100%绿色运人工艺和80%绿色物料运输工艺,解决了防爆高效电机技术、防爆电池与管理技术、整车线控通话设计等关键技术。对煤矿井下辅助运输的绿色智能调度管理系统进行了深入研究,研究建设了辅助运输电镀管理系统的智慧大数据平台。认为井下无人驾驶还面临标准规范缺失问题,需要进行周密调研和实验测试,以逐步建立起煤矿井下特殊环境的无人驾驶规范,标准化地约束无人驾驶行为。同时,该矿正在进行绿色智能辅助运输系统的示范应用,以检验其合理性和可靠性。井下辅助运输系统智能化将进一步促进煤炭行业煤矿智能化建设进程。
Underground auxiliary transportation system is the most labor-intensive part of underground coal mine operation,and is also an important part of intelligent coal mine construction.As a mega modern mine of Shendong Coal Group,Shangwan Coal Mine has conducted in-depth research on key technologies of intelligent underground auxiliary transportation communication and positioning,deployed DCGW gateway and built underground 5G base stations to connect with Shendong Coal Group's intelligent mine intranet requirements and business platform;conducted in-depth research on underground multi-information fusion positioning technology to improve vehicle positioning accuracy and continuity;conducted research on vehicle-road cooperative system technology to provide over-the-horizon perception for unmanned system.Research on the application of explosion-proof electric trackless rubber wheeled vehicles in the whole mine has been carried out,and the uploading and interaction of travel data of explosion-proof vehicles have been completed,realized 100%green transportation process for people and 80%green material transportation process in the whole mine,and solved the key technologies such as explosion-proof high-efficiency motor technology,explosion-proof battery and management technology,and the design of the whole vehicle line control words.The green intelligent dispatching management system of underground coal mine auxiliary transportation was studied in depth,and the intelligent big data platform of auxiliary transportation plating management system was studied and constructed.It was concluded that underground unmanned driving still faced the problem of lack of standard specification,and it was necessary to conduct thorough research and experimental testing in order to gradually establish the unmanned driving specification for the special environment of underground coal mine,and to restrain and standardize unmanned driving behavior.At the same fime,the mine is demonstrating the application of green intelligent auxiliary transportation system to test its rationality and reliability,in order to further promote the process of intelligent coal mine construction in coal industry.
