摘要
为了解决露天煤矿矿区面积大、单机单人运行设备多、作业场地分散、运输环节风险高、安全巡视周期长等管理难题,扎哈淖尔露天煤矿创新应用了5G通讯技术、大数据分析、机器视觉、自然语音处理、态势感知等前沿技术,构建多种智慧应用场景,打造安全内业信息化、现场监管智能化的智慧安全监管平台,全面管控露天煤矿穿孔、爆破、采装、运输、排土、检修等主要生产环节的风险与隐患,真正实现全流程、全天候、全覆盖的安全管理;全面打造产、学、研、用的深度融合,通过数字信息化与管理智能化的协调联动,构建了生产过程全局闭环监管的安全生产管控环境,为智慧矿山建设提供了参考与借鉴。
In order to solve the management problems such as large mining area of open-pit coal mine,many single machine and single person operating equipment,scattered operation sites,high risk in transportation links and long safety inspection cycle,5G communication technology,big data analysis,machine vision,natural voice processing,situation awareness and other cutting-edge technologies were innovatively applied in Zhahanaoer Open-pit Coal Mine,which had built a variety of intelligent application scenarios to build a safety and environmental protection supervision center with safety office informatization and intelligent on-site supervision,which comprehensively controlled the risks and hidden dangers in the main production links such as perforation,blasting,mining and loading,transportation,dumping and maintenance of open-pit coal mines,so as to truly realize the whole-process,all-weather and full-coverage safety management.A deep integration platform of production,learning,research and application was comprehensively built,and a safe production control environment for global closed-loop supervision of the production process was constructed through the coordination and linkage of digital informatization and intelligent management,which provided some references for the construction of intelligent mines.
