摘要
今年是落实《乡村振兴农民科学素质提升行动实施方案(2019-2022年)》的收官之年,针对农村重点人群开展科普教育工作的效果,直接影响农民科学素质的提升。文章通过对“农民科学素质提升行动”项目近十年的经验总结,阐述北京农民科普教育模式的演变,并提出完善农民科普教育立法,科普教育目标以农民为本,促进农民的全面发展,多措并举构建良好的科普教育氛围和推进农村数字科普建设等建议,探索发展新路径。
This year marks the end of the implementation of the"Action Plan for Improving Farmers'Scientific Literacy in Rural Revitalization(2019-2022)".The effect of science popularization education for key rural groups has a direct impact on the improvement of farmers'scientific literacy.Based on the summary of the experience of the"Action Plan for Improving Farmers'Scientific Literacy"project in recent ten years,this paper expounds the evolution of farmers'scientific knowledge popularization model in Beijing,and puts forward some suggestions on improving farmers'scientific literacy education legislation,by focusing on farmers,promoting farmers'all-round development,taking multiple measures at the same time,building a good science popularization education atmosphere,promoting the construction of rural digital science popularization,and exploring new development paths.
