摘要
总结泰州市海陵区“十三五”期间生态环境工作情况及取得成效,剖析海陵区生态环保工作目前存在的包括环境质量有待改善、综合治污能力有待提升以及环保能力建设有待提高等问题。提出“十四五”期间海陵区应从低碳发展、废气治理、三水共治、净土清废、风险防控、乡村振兴、生态基底、监管能力等八大方面做好生态环境保护工作。
This paper aims to conduct comprehensive summary on ecological and environmental work performances and achievements during the 13th Five-Year-Plan phase,and attempt to fully delve into the problems currently existing in the work of ecological and environmental protection in Hailing District,figuring out solutions to problems,such as,how to improve environmental quality,how to enhance comprehensive pollution control capacity as well as how to boost constructive capabilities of environmental protection.It is proposed that during the 14th Five-Year-Plan period,Hailing District should do a good job in ecological and environmental protection from eight aspects:low-carbon development,waste gas treatment,three-water co-treatment,land cleansing and waste removing,risk prevention and control,rural revitalization,ecological base and regulatory capability.
