摘要
[目的/意义]如今,图书情报机构通过嵌入式智慧数据服务支援智库建设是大数据时代赋予的新任务,以嵌入智库活动过程,精准捕捉并满足智库具体需求为核心的智慧数据服务,既可以提升智库的课题研究能力和决策支持服务质量,还可以拓展图书情报机构智慧数据服务的理论与应用范畴。[方法/过程]通过分析智库的智慧数据服务需求,提出面向智库需求的嵌入式智慧数据服务模式框架,再结合近年来国内外图书情报机构支持智库建设的一些实例,详细阐述嵌入式智慧数据服务模式内容,最后提出具体的服务策略。[结果/结论]面向智库需求的嵌入式智慧数据服务模式可由智库课题活动过程、图书情报机构工作流程以及需求与服务精准对接3个方面构成,并基于此模式探讨了切实可行的服务策略,以此满足智库需求,实现图书情报机构智慧数据服务的人文价值。
[Purpose/significance]Nowadays,it is a new task given by the era of big data for library and information institutions to support think tank construction through embedded wisdom data services.The wisdom data services that embeds the subject activity process of think tanks and accurately captures and meets the specific needs of think tanks as the core can improve the think tank’s subject research capabilities and decision support service quality can also expand the theory and application of wisdom data services for library and information institutions.[Method/process]By analyzing the wisdom data services needs of think tanks,we propose an embedded wisdom data services model framework for think tank needs.Combined with some practical cases of domestic and foreign library and information institutions supporting the construction of think tanks in recent years,we elaborate on the embedded wisdom data services model,and finally put forward specific service strategy.[Result/conclusion]The embedded wisdom data services model oriented to the needs of think tanks can be composed of three aspects:the process of think tank project activities,the workflow of library and information institutions,and the precise docking of requirements and services.Based on this model,feasible service strategies are discussed to satisfy think tanks.To realize the humanistic value of intelligent data services of library and information institutions.
