摘要
合作学习是一种先进的教学理念和方法,近年来逐渐引入我国,并在全国高等教育教学中广泛开展。相关实验表明,“合作学习”在健身气功教学中的合理运用,比传统教学模式更能对健身气功习练者的身体素质、技术动作、心理因素、社交能力、团队凝聚力等起积极的促进作用,这为健身气功的教学改革提供了一条新的思路。基于合作学习理论并结合健身气功的特点对健身气功的教学模式展开深入研讨,打破以传统的教师传授为主导的教学现状,构建了适应时代发展需求、针对不同层次习练者的健身气功合作学习模式。
Cooperative learning is an advanced teaching concept and method,which has been gradually introduced into China in recent years and has been widely carried out in higher education teaching across the country.Related experiments show that the reasonable application of"cooperative learning"in the teaching of fitness Qigong can positively promote the physical fitness,technical movements,psychological factors,social skills,team cohesion,etc.of fitness Qigong practitioners than traditional teaching methods.This provides a new idea for the teaching reform of fitness Qigong.Based on the cooperative learning theory and combined with the characteristics of fitness Qigong,we conducted in-depth discussions on the teaching mode of fitness Qigong,breaking the teaching status quo dominated by traditional teacher teaching,and constructing a fitness Qigong cooperative learning model for practitioners at different levels to meet the needs of the development of the times.
