摘要
传染性单核细胞增多症(infectious mononucleosis,IM)又称传单,是由EB病毒所致的急性感染性疾病,目前IM的发病率在儿童中呈逐年上升趋势,其治疗也是关注的热点,是否进行抗病毒治疗存在争议。本文主要目的是对目前儿童IM的抗病毒治疗的研究进展进行综述。
Infectious Mononucleosis(IM)is an acute infectious disease caused by epsteinbarr virus.Currently,the incidence of IM in children is increasing year by year,so its treatment is attracting increasing attention and whether to carry out antiviral therapy is also controversial.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to review the research progress of antiviral therapy for children IM.
