基于毕业生需求调查的《军人心理健康促进》课程设计

摘要 新时代如何使心理学服务于军队医学教学实践,《军人心理健康促进》是面向本科临床心理学专业学员新设的一门课程,能较好地服务于基层部队医学实践。基于对毕业生的调查,发现大多数的学生认为本科心理课程内容与未来的工作需求具有强烈的关联性,显示在自我认知、人际交往以及情绪调试的内容有学习需求;文章也对该课程的教学目标、性质和要求不足等内容进行了全方位的阐述和讨论,该课程注重理论和实践密切结合,初步建立了该课程的标准化教学模式,课程设计具备知识具体化、技术多元化、实际需求明朗化特色。对理论知识联系实际基层工作需求上具有一定的启示意义,对坚持把军队基层需求和心理学理论相结合,培养具有实事求是、独立思考、勇于创新的军事医学人才具有借鉴价值。 On the purpose of practicing and improving psychological theories for military,“Psychologi-cal Health Promotion of Military”is one of courses offered for clinical psychological undergraduates in military universities.Basing on the survey of graduates,there was a strong link between undergradu-ate courses and currently working circumstances,which outlined the learning need of self-cognition,interpersonal communication and emotional adjustment.Current article discussed the teaching goal,nature,requirement and lacking with full context.Components of theories and practices jointed tight-ly,as well as set up standard teaching model which is helpful for curriculum design and teaching im-plementation.The theme of the design was basing on concretion of knowledge,technological diversi-fication and crystallized real-life demands.This course emphasized psychological theories with work-ing demands,which is inspirating and referencing qualified military medical students of truth seeking,critical thinking and creativeness.
