摘要
液压系统中常用的反冲洗过滤器存在排污口与进液口间不能被转球及时隔断,以致造成部分乳化液未参与反冲洗的问题,既造成乳化液的浪费、增加了材料消耗,又加剧了环境污染问题。通过对反冲洗过滤器进行优化设计,可在工作状态切换为反冲洗状态的过程中及时隔断排污口与进液口,使从排污口排出的乳化液全部参与反冲洗,不仅可以减少乳化液浪费问题,节省企业的材料费用,还可以减少环境污染,进而延长乳化液的使用周期,降低液压系统故障发生概率。优化后的反冲洗过滤器为液压系统稳定运行提供保障,使得煤矿开采生产效率大大提高。
The backwash filter commonly used in hydraulic system has the problem that the sewage outlet and inlet can not be cut off in time,resulting in some emulsion not participating in the backwash,which not only causes the waste of emulsion and materials,but also causes environmental pollution.By optimizing the design of the backwash filter,the sewage outlet and inlet can be cut off in time in the process of switching the working state to the backwash state,so that all the emulsion discharged from the sewage outlet can participate in the backwash,which can reduce the waste of emulsion,save the material cost of the enterprise,reduce the environmental pollution,thus prolong the service life of the emulsion,and reduce the probability of hydraulic system failure.The optimized backwash filter provides guarantee for the stable operation of the hydraulic system,which greatly improves the production efficiency of coal mining.
