摘要
研究辣木茶(Moringa oleifera tea)多酚最优提取工艺,评价辣木茶体外抗氧化活性。通过单因素试验研究料液比、提取时间、提取温度对辣木茶多酚提取量的影响,采用Box-behnken响应面法优化辣木茶多酚提取工艺条件,按照日常饮茶习惯,高温水提获得辣木茶溶液,考查其体外清除DPPH自由基能力、清除超氧阴离子·O_(2)^(-)能力和总还原力。结果表明,辣木茶多酚提取最优工艺参数为料液比1∶42.12(g∶mL),提取时间19.35 min,提取温度83.81℃。在修正优化工艺条件下,辣木茶多酚提取量为31.67±1.48 mg/g。辣木茶具有较强的体外抗氧化活性,10 mg/mL的辣木茶溶液对DPPH自由基清除率为95.02%,20 mg/mL的辣木茶溶液对超氧阴离子·O_(2)^(-)清除率为36.65%,1.0 mg/mL的辣木茶溶液总还原力为0.579,为进一步开发辣木保健茶资源提供理论基础。
To study the optimal extraction process of polyphenols from Moringa oleifera tea and evaluate its antioxidant activity in vitro.The effects of material-liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature and optimization of extraction conditions of polyphenols from Moringa oleifera tea were studied by single-factor experiment and Box-behnken response surface methodology respectively.The DPPH free radical scavenging ability,superoxide anion ·O_(2)^(-) scavenging ability and total reducing power of Moringa oleifera tea solution in vitro were investigated in this paper.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction process of the polyphenols from Moringa oleifera tea are material-liquid ratio 1∶42.12(g∶mL),extraction time 19.35 min,extraction temperature 83.81℃.Under the conditions,the extraction amount of polyphenols from Moringa oleifera tea was 31.67±1.48 mg/g.Moringa oleifera tea had strong antioxidant activity in vitro.The DPPH radical scavenging rate of 10 mg/mL Moringa oleifera tea solution was 95.02%,the superoxide anion ·O_(2)^(-) scavenging rate of 20 mg/mL Moringa oleifera tea solution was 36.65%,and the total reducing power of 1.0 mg/mL Moringa oleifera tea solution was 0.579.The study provided a theoretical basis for further development of Moringa health tea resources.
