摘要
目的探讨“互联网+”背景下JiTT(适时教学)模式在超声诊断学混合式教学实践应用价值。方法选取2019年3月—2020年6月在本院见习的2015级影像专业本科学生100名作为对照组;2016级影像专业本科学生100名作为实验组。实验组运用JiTT模式下的混合式教学方法,对照组运用传统带教教学方法。课程结束后,比较两组学生的理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩,同时对两组学生进行调查问卷,评价其对本教学方法效果评价及自我评价情况。结果实验组学生的平时成绩、阅读片成绩和期末考试成绩均显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05);实验组与对照组实践学习成绩比较:实验组学生的声像图分析、伪像识别和报告书写成绩均显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05);实验组学生对教学内容、教学模式的合理性、满意度、养成预习习惯、评价方法的合理性等评价效果均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组学生对自我的学习能力、创新能力以及分析能力的提高均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”背景下基于JiTT的混合教学模式在超声诊断学教学实践中的应用,为学生营造良好的学习氛围,激发学生的发散思维活动,培养学生自主构建知识以及解决问题的能力,提高学生的临床逻辑思维和实践操作能力,实现临床课间见习教学目标,此教学模式值得推广。
Objective To explore the practical application value of JiTT(just-in-time teaching)mode in the hybrid teaching of ultrasonic diagnostics under the background of“Internet+”.Methods 100 undergraduate students majoring in imaging of grade 2015 those were participating clinical trainee in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the control group.100 undergraduate students majoring in imaging of grade 2016 were enrolled as the experimental group.The experimental group used the hybrid teaching method under the JiTT mode,and the control group used the traditional teaching method.After the complement of the course,theoretical assessment scores and practice assessment scores of the two groups of students were compared.At the same time,the two groups of students will be surveyed to evaluate the effectiveness and self-evaluation of the teaching method.Results The usual scores,reading film scores and final exam scores of the students in experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of sound image analysis,artifact image recognition,and report writingof the experimental groupwere significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The assessment effects on rationality of the teaching content and teaching model,satisfactory,pre-learning habits formation,and rationalityof the method of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement in self-learning ability,innovation ability and analytical ability in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,the differences between the two groups of patients were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the JiTT-based hybrid teaching model in the teaching practice of ultrasound diagnostics under the background of"Internet+"creates a good learning atmosphere for students,stimulates students’divergent thinking activities,cultivates students’independent construction of knowledge and problem-solving ability,and improves students’clinical logical thinking and practical operation ability of the students,achieves the goal of clinical internship teaching.This teaching mode is worthy of promotion.
