摘要
目的基于2018—2020年学院参加安徽省护理技能大赛的成果,分析和探讨在高职护理技能竞赛赛前培训中应用阶梯式靶向训练课程模式的效果。方法选择学院2015—2017级护理技能竞赛的兴趣小组学生300名为对照组,采用传统方法培训;2018—2020级护理技能竞赛的兴趣小组学生300人为实验组,采用阶梯式靶向训练课程模式进行培训。培训后,比较两组学生课程评价量表(CVI)得分及安徽省技能大赛成绩。结果实验组学生课程评价量表(CVI)得分为(112.86±12.55)分,高于对照组的(107.93±11.75)分,学生在自我学习能力均有显著提升(P<0.05);2018年后通过阶梯式靶向训练课程参赛选手在安徽省技能大赛中成绩较2018年之前显著提高。结论在高职院校护理技能竞赛赛前培训中应用阶梯式靶向训练课程模式,针对性地解决了学生的操作弱点,最大程度地激发了学生自主探究的潜能,发挥出学生的自我优势,培训效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze and explore the effect of the stepped-targeted training course mode in the training of higher vocational nursing skills competition before the formal competition based on the results of the college’s participation in Anhui nursing skills competition from 2018 to 2020.Methods 300 students of grade 2015-2017 from special interest group of nursing skill competition in the college were selected as the control group,and they were trained by traditional methods;another 300 students of grade 2018-2020 in special interest group of nursing skill competition were selected as the observation group,and they were trained by step-by-step targeted training course mode.After the training,the scores of curriculum evaluation scale(CVI)and the scores of Anhui skill competition were compared between the two groups.Results The score of curriculum evaluation scale(CVI)in the observation group was(112.86±12.55),which was higher than that in the control group(107.93±11.75).The self-learning ability students was significantly improved(P<0.05).After the year 2018,through the step-by-step targeting training course,the performance of contestants in Anhui skill competition has been significantly improved compared with that before 2018.Conclusions The application of step-by-step targeted training course mode in the competition training of nursing skill competition in higher vocational colleges solves operational weaknesses of the students,stimulates the students’potential of independent exploration to the greatest extent,and gives full play to the students’self advantages.The training effect is remarkable and worth popularizing.
