摘要
高校公信力是高校因赢得公众信任而获得的权威性资源,是高校生存及发展的合法性基础。自2005年起,高等教育学界逐渐从公信力视角开展研究,以持续促进我国高校的内涵式发展。文章以中国知网为信息统计来源,采用文献梳理法,分析2005—2020年我国高校公信力的相关研究成果。梳理文献后,将我国高校公信力研究划分为点状萌发、多维生长及精细展开三个阶段。分析高校公信力的内涵界定、现状表征、对策研究及主体深化四个研究焦点后发现,当前研究存在理论体系不健全、研究方法不够科学、研究视角略显狭窄等问题。未来研究应强化高校公信力的模型构建,并注重提升研究过程的科学性、动态性。
The credibility of colleges and universities is the authoritative resources obtained by colleges and universities by winning public trust, and it is the legitimacy basis for the survival and development of colleges and universities. Since 2005, higher education academia has gradually carried out research from the perspective of credibility, in order to continuously promote the connotative development of colleges and universities in China. Taking CNKI as the sources of information, the related research results from 2005 to 2020 on the credibility of colleges and universities are clarified with the literature method. After reviewing the literature, the research on the credibility of colleges and universities in China is divided into three stages: point-like germination, multi-dimensional growth and fine-scale development. The four research focuses on credibility in colleges and universities are analyzed, including the connotation definition, status quo representation, countermeasure research and deepening of main body. It is found that the current research has problems such as incomplete research theoretical system, unscientific research methods, and slightly narrow research perspective. Future research should strengthen the model building on the credibility of colleges and universities, and focus on improving the scientific and dynamic nature of the research process.
