摘要
列管式麦汁煮沸锅内加热器清洗困难,再加上清洗不足等原因,轻则在列管加热面上形成垢层,麦汁出现焦糊,严重影响啤酒色泽及口味,重则发生内加热器列管完全堵塞、堵死事故,使煮沸过程中的麦汁对流无法完成,均匀煮沸的效果不能按工艺目实现。文章从设备维修实际事例出发,介绍了啤酒生产企业麦汁煮沸锅列管式内加热器堵塞后的应急处理办法,分析了可能导致事故出现的原因,并提出了相关的预防措施。
It is difficult to clean the internal boiler tubes for the wort kettle,coupled with insufficient Cleaning action and other reasons,At least,a scale layer is formed on the internal boiler tubes,and the burned wort affects the color and taste of beer seriously.At worst,the completely burned wort transformed into a carbon block to block the tubes,so that the wort boiling process cannot be completed,and the effect of uniform boiling cannot be realized according to the process purpose.Starting from the actual examples of equipment maintenance,this paper introduces the emergency treatment methods after the internal boiler tubes for the wort kettle is blocked,analyzes the possible causes of accidents,and puts forward relevant preventive measures.
