摘要
研究了胶粉对防水材料用高掺量SBS改性沥青性能的影响。结果表明:随胶粉掺量增加,高掺量SBS改性沥青的软化点和黏度升高,低温柔度降低,胶粉掺量超过12%时,黏度增幅和低温柔度降幅明显加快;热氧和紫外老化后,掺加胶粉的高掺量SBS改性沥青的软化点增量、黏度增量和低温柔度变化均明显减小,表现出更好的抗老化性能;FTIR分析表明,随胶粉掺量增加,在热氧和紫外老化后高掺量SBS改性沥青中的C=O生成量和C=C减少量均减少,有效抑制了沥青的氧化缩聚和SBS的降解。
The effects of crumb rubber on the properties of high-dosage SBS modified asphalt for waterproof were investigated.The results revealed that with the increase of crumb rubber dosage,the softening point and viscosity of crumb rubber/SBS modified asphalt were enhanced,while the low-temperature flexibility became better.When crumb rubber dosage exceeded 12%by the mass of asphalt,the viscosity of crumb rubber/SBS modified asphalt increased significantly and the low-temperature flexibility improved obviously.After thermal-oxidative and ultraviolet aging,the variation range of softening point increment,viscosity increment and low temperature flexibility of high-dosage SBS modified asphalt containing crumb rubber decreased significantly,showing better aging resistance.Also,FTIR analysis showed that the content of C=O formation and C=C reduction of high-dosage SBS modified asphalt decreased with the increase of crumb rubber dosage after aging,indicating that crumb rubber could effectively inhibit the oxidative polycondensation of asphalt and the degradation of SBS.
