摘要
目的调查“急危重症患者早期活动”相关研究的整体情况,分析其发展趋势,为今后开展ICU患者早期活动提供参考和依据。方法检索2010年1月-2021年5月发表在中国知网上以“急危重症患者早期活动”为主题的相关文献,将文献数据使用Excel、Citespace软件进行统计分析,并将发表的文献量、期刊、研究机构、关键词等内容以图谱形式展现,并对该领域的研究热点与问题进行分析与讨论。结果纳入符合要求的文献375篇,前10位文献期刊分布共有7个是被中国科技核心期刊目录(自然科学卷)收录,不同机构之间合作交流较少;目前急危重症患者早期活动的相关研究以“急危重症机械通气、肌力、应用效果、早期康复护理、呼吸机性相关性肺炎、住院时间、焦虑、抑郁”为研究热点。从相关文献内容中可知,急危重症患者早期活动相关开展率较低,开展对象多数为成人,儿童的相关研究很少;尚未制定出急危重症患者早期活动标准方案,影响急危重症患者开展早期活动的障碍因素较多。结论国内“急危重症患者早期活动”相关研究尚处于起步阶段,建议加强不同研究团队之间的交流与合作,促进国内急危重症患者早期活动相关研究,从而提高我国急危重症患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the overall situation of related research on"early activity of ICU patients",and analyze its development trend,so as to provide reference and basis for carrying out early activity of ICU patients in the future.Methods The relevant literatures published on CNKI from January 2010 to May 2021 were statistically analyzed by Excel and CiteSpace software.Finally,the quantity of the published literatures,journals,research institutions,keywords and other contents were presented in the form of graph,and the research hotspots and problems in this field were analyzed and discussed.Results A total of 375 articles were included,and the number of published papers showed a rapid growth trend in recent years.Seven of the top 10 journals were included in the Chinese Science and Technology Core Journals Catalogue(natural science volume).However,there was little cooperation and communication between different institutions.At present,related studies on early activities of ICU patients had been focused on"ICU mechanical ventilation,muscle strength,application effect,early rehabilitation and nursing,ventilator-associated pneumonia,length of stay,anxiety,and depression".It could be seen from the literature content that the early activity related rate of ICU patients was low,the subjects were concentrated on adults,there were few related studies on children.The standard program of early activities for ICU patients had not been formulated yet,and there were many obstacles affecting the early activities of them.Conclusion The domestic research on"early activity in ICU patients"is still in the initial stage.It is necessary to strengthen the communication and cooperation between different research teams to promote the great improvement of the domestic research on early activity of ICU patients so as to improve the quality of life of ICU patients in China.
