贵州水稻纹枯病菌AG1-1A融合群对己唑醇的敏感性 被引量:1

摘要 采用菌丝生长速率法测定了来自贵州贵阳、遵义、铜仁、毕节、安顺、黔西南、黔东南和黔南8个地区114个水稻纹枯病菌AG1-1A融合群菌株对己唑醇的敏感性。结果表明,114个菌株的EC_(50)值分布范围为0.0036~0.4216μg/mL,平均EC_(50)值为0.0655μg/mL,敏感性频率分布不符合正态分布,但其主峰范围内111株菌株的敏感性频率分布符合正态分布,其平均EC_(50)值为0.0578μg/mL,可作为贵州田间水稻纹枯病菌对己唑醇的敏感基线。贵州水稻纹枯病菌对己唑醇仍敏感。 The susceptibility of 114 strains of Rhizoctonia solani AG1-1A anastomosis group isolated from Guiyang,Zunyi,Tongren,Bijie,Anshun,Qianxinan,Qiandongnan,and Qiannan to hexaconazole was determined by testing the mycelial growth rate.The results showed that the EC_(50) values of 114 strains ranged from 0.0036 to 0.4216μg/mL,and the average EC_(50) was 0.0655μg/mL.The frequency distribution of hexaconazole susceptibility in R.solani populations did not conform to the normal distribution.However,the frequency distribution of the sensitivity of 111 strains within the main peak was in accordance with the normal distribution,and the average EC_(50) value was 0.0578μg/mL,which could be the baseline sensitivity in Guizhou.To sum up,Rhizoctonia solani in Guizhou is still sensitive to hexaconazole.
