摘要
载荷试验是电梯运行安全性验证过程中的重要组成部分,但目前仍采用人工加载砝码载荷进行电梯载荷试验,危险性大、成本高和效率低问题亟待解决。从研究各种电梯超载保护装置的共性出发,对国内无载荷试验研究现状进行分析,提出一种通用的智能化无载状态下进行电梯载荷试验的方法,该检测装置主要由电梯信息采集模块、手持控制终端、信号数据采集模块、加载器、夹持组件模块及动力源组成。利用液压原理或减速电机产生等效模拟载荷在轿厢底部实施加载,同时采集电梯控制柜、轿厢内的反馈信号及轿厢姿态检测并控制加载装置调整加载模式,最终所有的信号数据由手持终端进行处理指挥,自动完成电梯的相关载荷试验检验项目。该方法的应用和普及,将助推电梯载荷试验进入无载检测发展阶段,提高隐患检出能力,保障电梯运行安全。
Load test is an important part of the running safety verification process for elevator,but at present,the elevator load test is carried out by manually loading weight load,which has the problems of high risk,high cost and low efficiency.Starting from the study of the commonness of various elevator overload protection devices,the research status of no-load test in China was analyzed,and a general intelligent method of elevator load test under no-load state was put forward.The detection device was mainly composed of elevator information acquisition module,handheld control terminal,signal data acquisition module,loader,clamping component module and power source.The equivalent simulated load was generated by hydraulic principle or reduction motor to load at the bottom of the car.At the same time,the feedback signals in the elevator control cabinet and car attitude detection were collected,and the loading device was controlled to adjust the loading mode.Finally,all signal data would be processed and commanded by the handheld terminal to automatically complete the relevant load test and inspection items of the elevator.The application and popularization of the method will boost the elevator load test into the development stage of no-load detection,improve the hidden danger detection ability and ensure the safety of elevator operation.
