摘要
在注塑生产工艺中,干燥风量和干燥温度都是影响原料干燥的主要因素,模组化干燥除湿技术在一对多的生产模式中,通过搭配风门装置控制各个干燥料桶的干燥风量,解决一台除湿机对多个干燥料桶时产生干燥风量不均引起的原料干燥问题,从而提升一对多模式下生产效率。提出的保温功能通过排风温度检测判断原料的干燥状态,并自动调整配给最佳干燥风量,能够解决产线短时间停产时原料长时间干燥引起的过度干燥导致产品强度下降问题。当产线停止生产时自动进入保温状态,通过降低干燥风量和干燥温度的方式避免原料长时间干燥。蜂巢转轮的材质直接决定蜂巢的除湿能力,通过对全分子筛和半矽胶半分子筛两个材质进行对比测试以提升除湿性能。对提出的理论方法进行测试和验证分析,通过测试对比分析验证风门装置控制风量计算的准确性,风量控制精度能达到98%以上。塑胶原料干燥后含水率测试结果均合格,验证了机器干燥效果,能耗对比测试证明保温状态下机器可节能22%。测试结果证明了所提出方法的可行性。
In the injection molding production process,the drying air volume and drying temperature are the main factors affecting the drying of raw materials.In the one to many production mode,the modular drying dehumidification technology was studied to control the drying air volume of each drying barrel by matching the damper device to solve the problem of drying raw materials caused by uneven drying air volume when a dehumidifier was used for multiple drying barrels,so as to improved the production efficiency of one to many mode.The proposed heat preservation function could judge the drying state of raw materials through exhaust air temperature detection and automatically adjust the optimal drying air volume,which could solve the problem of excessive drying caused by long-time drying of raw materials when the production line stopped for a short time,resulting in the decrease of product strength.When the production line stopped,it would automatically enter the heat preservation state,and avoided long-time drying of raw materials by reducing the drying air volume and drying temperature.The material of honeycomb runner directly determined the dehumidification ability of honeycomb.The dehumidification performance was improved by comparing the two materials of full molecular sieve and semi silicone semi molecular sieve.Through test and comparative analysis,it was verified that the accuracy of air volume calculation and air volume control accuracy of the damper device could reach more than 98%.According to the moisture content test results of the plastic raw materials after drying,the drying effect of the machine was verified.Through energy consumption comparative test,it was proved that the machine could save energy by 22%under the condition of heat preservation.The test results show that the theoretical method is feasible.
