摘要
宫颈癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来其发病年龄有年轻化的趋势。大量研究表明在宫颈癌的发生和发展过程中,除基因突变和高危型HPV持续感染等致病因素外,表观遗传调控也起到了重要作用。表观遗传是在基因组序列不改变的前提下,使DNA以外的其他可遗传信息在细胞增殖和发育过程中稳定传递。本文概述了DNA甲基化修饰、组蛋白修饰及非编码RNA调节等方式在中药防治宫颈癌中的作用,发现中医药对宫颈癌的治疗独具特色,是宫颈癌治疗中不可或缺的一部分。中药及中药复方成分复杂、作用靶点多样,能够通过表观遗传修饰中DNA甲基化,组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA调控等多种方式发挥抗肿瘤作用,降低肿瘤细胞浸润和转移。深入探讨“中药-宫颈癌-表观遗传学”之间的关系,研究中药干预表观遗传修饰在宫颈癌发生、发展过程中的作用,有利于宫颈癌的早期诊断和个体化治疗。
As a common gynecological malignant tumor,cervical cancer has a younger trend in recent years.A large number of studies have shown that epigenetic regulation also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,in addition to pathogenic factors such as gene mutation and high-risk HPV persistent infection.Epigenetics is the stable transmission of heritable information other than DNA in the process of cell proliferation and development without changing the genome sequence.This study summarized the role of DNA methylation modification,histone modification and non coding RNA regulation in the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer by Chinese medicinal,and it found that Chinese medicinal had a unique characteristic and had become an indispensable part in the treatment of cervical cancer.The components in Chinese medicinal and Chinese prescription compound are complex and have various targets,which can play the role of anti-tumor through DNA methylation modification,histone modification and non coding RNA regulation in the process of epigenetic modification to reduce infiltration and migration of tumor cells.It deeply discussed the relationship of Chinese medicinal-cervical cancer-epigenetics and studied the action of Chinese medicinal in the intervention of epigenetic modification in the occurrence and progress of cervical cancer,which is beneficial to early diagnosis and personalized treatment of the disease.
