摘要
淤泥、淤泥质土的处理是工程建设中的难点,尤其是事后的处理。该文首先分析淤泥、淤泥质土的特征、规律与分布;然后以某项目营销中心为案例,对其进行定量的计算分析,得出土的固结度接近100%需要约60年时间,而最终的沉降量将达到约0.8m以上;再因地制宜提出治理的三个方案,遴选出在技术上具有可行性、经济上具有合理性的方案进行实施,以点带面探索在事前与事后治理淤泥、淤泥质土的多种方法。总结得出治理淤泥、淤泥质土地基有三个方面的规律,即事先治理其“三高两低”的弱性,事后溯源进行“对症下药”,以及事后治理需要兼顾项目的经营行为。研究得出的结论可用于治理类似淤泥、淤泥质土的基础。
The treatment of silt and mucky soil is a difficulty in engineering construction,especially the post-treatment.Given that,this paper first analyzed the characteristics,laws and distribution of silt and mucky soil;based on the marketing center of a project,the quantitative calculation and analysis were conducted,showing that it takes about 60 years for the consolidation of soil to be nearly 100%,and the final settlement amount will reach more than 0.8m;and three treatment schemes were proposed based on local conditions,the schemes that are technically feasible and economically reasonable for implementation were chosen,so as to explore a variety of methods to treat silt and mucky soil in advance and afterwards;Finally,it’s concluded that there are three laws for the treatment of silt and mucky soil foundation:to treat the weakness of “three highs and two lows” in advance;to act appropriately to the situation afterwards;and to take the operation of the project into account in the post treatment.The conclusions can also be used to treat the foundation of similar cases.
