摘要 依托河南某水泥厂新型干法水泥熟料生产工艺,利用水泥窑协同处置固体废物,采用SMP系统对物料进行泵送,热盘炉系统进行物料焚烧处理,最后分析了水泥窑协同处置危险废物对水泥窑品质及替代率的影响。结果表明:水泥熟料化学成分满足相关规定要求,水泥熟料质量达到相关标准,燃料及原材料替代明显,因此,利用水泥窑协同处置危险废物是一种环境友好的处置方式。 Relying on the new dry-process cement clinker production process of a cement plant in Henan,cement kilns were used to co-process solid wastes,SMP systems were used to pump materials,and hot plate furnace systems were used to burn materials,and the dangers of cement kiln co-processing,the impact of waste on cement kiln quality and replacement rate were analyzed.The results showed that the chemical composition of cement clinker meets the relevant requirements,the quality of cement clinker met the relevant standards,and the replacement of fuels and raw materials was obvious.Therefore,the use of co-processing of hazardous waste in cement kilns was an environmentally friendly disposal method.
