摘要
目的探究在麻醉科药品安全管理中信息化闭环管理模式的应用效果。方法2021年1月,医院在进行麻醉药品管理时开展信息化闭环管理模式。于实施前后(实施前:2020年1月—12月,实施后:2021年1月—12月)随机选取患者94例为对象,经比较麻醉药品处方不合格率、麻醉准备时间和患者满意率,观察分析信息化闭环管理模式的应用情况。结果麻醉药品处方不合格率比较,实施前占比高于实施后占比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者麻醉准备时间比较,实施前用时长于实施后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者满意率比较,实施前的86.17%低于实施后的95.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉科药品管理中,信息化闭环管理模式的实施,能有效降低麻醉药品处方不合格率,缩短患者麻醉准备时间,工作效率提高,患者满意度提升。
Objective To explore the effect of closed-loop information management model applied in drug safety management in anesthesiology department.Methods Since January 2021,Ji’an Central Hospital has used the information-based closed-loop management model in the management of narcotic drugs.A total of 94 patients cases from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected as pre-implementation group and another 94 cases from January 2021 to December 2021 as after implementation group.The two groups were compared in terms of the unqualified rate of anesthetic prescription,anesthesia preparation time and patient satisfaction rate.Results The proportion of unqualified prescriptions of narcotic drugs before implementation was higher than that after implementation(P<0.05).The proportion of anesthesia preparation time before implementation was longer than that after implementation(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients was significantly lower than that after implementation(86.17%vs.95.74%,P<0.05).Conclusion In the drug management of anesthesiology department,the implementation of information-based closed-loop management mode can effectively reduce the unqualified prescription of anesthetics,shorten the preparation time of anesthesia,and improve the efficiency and patient satisfaction.
