摘要
通过优化弹性体、树脂和降黏剂的种类及掺量,制备出超黏乳化沥青黏结材料,并与市售高黏改性乳化沥青和水性环氧沥青进行了力学性能对比。研究发现,将5%弹性体、1%树脂和3%的降黏剂作为改性沥青添加剂时,可制备出最佳的复合改性沥青,并在该基础上制备出超黏乳化沥青,其蒸发残留物软化点可达83℃,5℃延度达到15.7 cm,60℃布什旋转黏度达到12万Pa·s,且乳化沥青SHARP等级达到PG82-22,满足高黏改性沥青技术指标要求。此外,超黏乳化沥青的附着力拉拔强度和复合拉拔强度均优于市售水性环氧沥青、高黏改性乳化沥青和乳化SBS改性沥青,具有较为广阔的应用前景。
The super viscous emulsified asphalt binders were prepared by optimizing the types and contents of elastomers,resins and viscosity reducers.Its mechanical properties were compared with the commercial high viscosity modified asphalt and waterborne epoxy asphalt.The research found that the optimal composite modified asphalt was obtained when 5%elastomer,1%resin and 3%viscosity reducer were used as modified asphalt additives.On the base,super viscous emulsified asphalt was prepared,whose soften point of the evaporation residue can reach 83℃,the ductility at 5℃reach 15.7 cm,the Bush rotational viscosity at 60℃reach 120000 Pa·s.The emulsified asphalt has Sharp grade of PG82-22,which meets the technical requirements of high-viscous modified asphalt.In addition,the adhesion pull strength and accessory pull strength of super-viscous emulsified asphalt are better than those of commercial waterborne epoxy asphalt,high viscosity modified emulsified asphalt and emulsified SBS modified asphalt.It has a broad application prospect.
