华北型煤田区域治理工程设计关键参数研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着华北型煤田煤矿开采强度和深度不断增加,浅层煤资源日益枯竭,解放煤矿深部煤炭资源迫在眉睫,其中高水头、大流量的奥灰岩溶地下水成为制约开采下组煤最主要的因素,以往的煤矿水害防治方法已不能满足解放下组煤的需要,因此提出了区域治理的煤层底板注浆加固技术。本文根据已有工程实例,对地层、构造条件分析、注浆改造层位选取、全角变化率、靶前距设计等关键技术进行研究,结合定向钻探工艺及注浆工艺进行综合治理。结果表明,该技术保障了注浆加固工程施工质量及治理效果,消除了水害隐患,实现了工作面的安全回采。 With the increasing mining intensity and depth of coal mines in North China Coalfield,the shallow coal resources were increasingly depleted,and the liberation of deep coal resources in coal mines was imminent.Among them,the Ordovician limestone karst groundwater with high water head and large flow rate had become the most important factor restricting the lower coal group mining.The previous coal mine water damage prevention and control methods could not meet the needs of the lower coal group.Therefore,the coal seam floor grouting reinforcement technology under regional control was proposed.Based on the existing engineering examples,this paper studied the key technologies such as stratum,structural condition analysis,grouting transformation layer selection,full angle change rate and target front distance design,and conducted comprehensive control combined with directional drilling technology and grouting technology.The results showed that the technology ensured the construction quality and control effect of grouting reinforcement project,eliminated the hidden danger of water damage,and realized the safe mining of working face.
