摘要
近年来我国煤矿随着开采深度的加大,在开采过程中受底板大青灰岩含水层以及奥灰强含水层水害威胁。井田内断层、陷落柱、破碎带等构造较为发育,成为进入采煤工作面的突水通道。采用传统的井下钻探方法对导水裂隙以及隐伏构造的探查与治理难度较大,耗时长,并且危险性大。针对这一情况,采用“地面区域治理”新手段,对钻探过程的漏失点进行注浆,从而达到提前治理改造的目的,因此注浆的质量关乎到治理的效果,本文对注浆效果的检验进行简单分析。
In recent years,with the increase of mining depth,coal mines in mining process were threatened by water damage of Daqing limestone aquifer and Ordovician limestone aquifer in China.Faults,collapse columns,fracture zones and other structures were fully developed in the mine field,which became water outburst channels entering the working face.The exploration and treatment of water conduction fractures and concealed structures by traditional underground drilling methods were difficult,time-consuming and dangerous.In view of this situation,the new means of'surface regional control'was used to grouting the leakage points in the drilling process,so as to achieved the purpose of early control and transformation.Therefore,the quality of grouting was related to the effect of control.This paper briefly analyzed the grouting effect test.
