摘要
目的探讨问题导向教学法(PBL)在超声诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析该院2018年1月—2019年12月的80名超声诊断学实习医生,根据教学模式的差异分为常规教学组以及问题导向教学组,每组40名。常规教学组采取常规的教学模式,问题导向教学组采取的是问题导向教学法(PBL)的模式,比较教学效果。结果问题导向教学组超声诊断学的阅片能力、对疾病的诊断能力优于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问题导向教学组实习医生的超声诊断学临床知识掌握度、超声诊断技能掌握度优于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论问题导向教学法(PBL)在超声诊断学临床带教中的应用效果确切,可进一步提高实习医生的临床知识和技能的掌握水平,是一种值得推广的教学模式。
Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based teaching(PBL)in the teaching of ultrasound diagnostics.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 80 ultrasound diagnostic intern doctors in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.According to the differences in teaching mode,they were divided into a conventional teaching group and a problem-oriented teaching group,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional teaching group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the problem-based teaching group adopted the problem-based teaching method(PBL)mode to compare the teaching effects.Results The problem-oriented teaching group had better reading ability and disease diagnosis ability in ultrasound diagnostics than the conventional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The problem-oriented teaching group had better clinical knowledge of ultrasound diagnostics and ultrasound diagnostic skills than the conventional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of problem-based teaching method(PBL)in the clinical teaching of ultrasound diagnostics is accurate,which can further improve the mastery of clinical knowledge and skills of interns,and is a teaching model worthy of promotion.
