神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子治疗小儿脑损伤对症状改善时间、神经功能及安全性分析

摘要 目的分析神经节苷脂与神经生长因子联合对小儿脑损伤治疗症状改善时间、神经功能及安全性影响。方法选取2019年1月—2021年7月该院诊治的小儿脑损伤140例为研究对象,按随机数表分为两组,对照组70例采取常规治疗方法,研究组70例采取神经节苷脂与神经生长因子联合疗法,观察两组患儿症状改善时间、神经功能及安全性。结果研究组患儿神经意识(4.12±1.26)d、肌肉张力(7.01±1.67)d、神经反射恢复时间(5.24±1.37)d及住院时间(13.36±3.78)d均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(t=9.046、8.571、8.782、11.430,P<0.05);治疗后3、10、14 d研究组患儿神经功能评分(27.35±2.71)分、(38.93±0.95)分、(39.23±0.51)分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=8.571、6.937、7.851,P<0.05);研究组患儿不良反应发生率(4.29%)比对照组(15.71%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.079,P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂与神经生长因子联合对小儿脑损伤治疗效果较好,可缩短患儿症状改善时间,并使患儿神经功能得到提升,且不良反应较低。 Objective To analyze the effect of the combination of ganglioside and nerve growth factor on the improvement time,neurological function and safety of children with brain injury.Methods Selected 140 cases of children with brain injury who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2019 to July 2021 as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table.70 patients in the control group took the conventional treatment methods,and 70 patients in the study group took the combined therapy with ganglioside and nerve growth factor,observed the improvement time of symptoms,nerve function and safety of the two groups of children.Results The time of neurological consciousness(4.12±1.26)d,muscle tension(7.01±1.67)d,nerve reflex recovery(5.24±1.37)d and hospitalization time(13.36±3.78)d in the study group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.046,8.571,8.782,11.430,P<0.05).3 d,10 d,and 14 d after treatment,the neurological function scores of the children in the study group were(27.35±2.71)points,(38.93±0.95)points,and(39.23±0.51)points higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.571,6.937,7.851,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.29%lower than that in the control group(15.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.079,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ganglioside and nerve growth factor has a good effect on the treatment of children with brain injury,which can shorten the time for the improvement of children's symptoms,improve the neurological function of children,and have less adverse reactions.
