海洋环境中聚脲涂层防腐研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 聚脲因具有高拉伸强度、强附着力等物理优点以及优异的防水防腐性能,加之成熟的施工技术,在海洋防腐工程中有广泛的应用。综述了聚脲涂层技术的起源、特点和发展方向,总结了近年来聚脲涂层分别在海洋大气环境和海水环境中针对混凝土防护和金属防护等领域的应用情况。针对服役过程中温度、腐蚀性介质侵蚀、碰撞等复杂环境因素造成的涂层性能下降、失效等问题,探讨了新型聚脲涂层的研究进展,包括有机无机纳米粒子作为填料改进涂层耐腐、润湿、硬度等性能研究,能够智能响应、自主修复微裂纹的新型聚脲微胶囊涂层研究,以及静电纺丝等新型自修复材料加工制备工艺研究等。提出聚脲涂层研究中存在的不足和挑战,并展望了在海洋环境中聚脲涂层未来的研究趋势。 Polyurea is widely used in marine anti-corrosion engineering because it has the physical advantages of high tensile strength,strong adhesion,excellent waterproof and anti-corrosion performance as well as mature construction technology.In this paper,the origin,characteristics and development direction of polyurea coating technology were first introduced,and then the applications of polyurea coating in the fields of concrete protection and metal protection in marine atmospheric environment and seawater environment in recent years were summarized,respectively.Aiming at the problems of coating performance degradation and failure caused by complex environmental factors such as temperature,corrosive medium erosion and collision during service,the research progress of new polyurea coatings was discussed,including the research on improving the performance of coatings such as corrosion resistance,wetting and hardness with organic and inorganic nanoparticles as fillers,and the research on new polyurea microcapsule coatings that could respond intelligently and repair microcracks independently,and the research on the processing and preparation technology of new self-healing materials such as electrospinning.Finally,the shortcomings and challenges of the current research on polyurea coating were pointed out,and the future research trend of polyurea coating in marine environment was prospected.
