生鲜农产品供应链信息共享激励效应 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高生鲜农产品供应链的运转效率,增加供应链综合经济效益,构建了一种信息共享环境下生鲜农产品供应链的激励机制。以供应商和零售商二级供应链为例,首先,建立无信息共享下供应商最优供应量和零售商最优订货量下的成本模型,再与信息共享下的综合供应链成本对比分析,数值模拟结果表明,信息共享降低了供应链的总成本。然后,为了分析信息共享的经济效益,建立了供应链综合利润模型,数值模拟结果表明,信息共享后供应链利润也有所提高。最后,基于两阶段委托代理模型,以零售商和供应商的效用函数最大化为目标函数,建立了二级生鲜农产品供应链信息共享动态激励模型,模型分析和数值模拟结果表明,供应商信息共享努力水平边际利润率越大,两期合同的激励系数也越大;供应商信息共享努力水平边际利润率的增加,相应激励了供应商的供应活动和信息共享的努力水平,研究结果为生鲜农产品供应链高效管理提供理论依据。 In order to improve the operation efficiency of the supply chain for fresh agricultural products and increase the comprehensive economic benefits of the supply chain,the paper constructed an incentive mechanism of the supply chain in the context of information sharing.Taking a two-level supply chain composing of a supplier and a retailer as example,the paper firstly established the cost model of the supply chain at suppliers'optimal supply and retailers'optimal order quantity without information sharing,and then compared it with the comprehensive supply chain cost with information sharing.The result showed that information sharing could reduce the total cost of the supply chain.Then,the paper set up a supply chain comprehensive profit model to analyze the economic benefits of information sharing and through a numerical example,showed that information sharing could lead to higher profit for the supply chain.Finally,based on the twostage principal-agent model and taking the maximization of retailers and suppliers'utility function as the objective function,the paper established a two-stage dynamic incentive model of information sharing for the fresh agricultural products supply chain.The result of the model analysis and numerical simulation showed that the greater the marginal profit rate of suppliers'information sharing efforts,the greater the incentive coefficient of the two-phase contract;the increase of the marginal profit rate of suppliers'information sharing efforts could accordingly stimulate the increase in suppliers'supply activities and information sharing efforts.All the above results could provide theoretical reference for the efficient management of the fresh agricultural products supply chains.
