摘要
目的探讨炎症性肠病患者应用护理干预的效果,并对其营养和心理状态进行分析。方法方便选取2018年1月—2021年2月该院接收的炎症性肠病患者98例,借助统计学奇偶数分组方式将研究对象划分为参照组与研究组,每组49例,其中参照组对患者施以常规干预护理方式,研究组对患者施以综合护理的护理方式,对两组患者的护理效果进行分析与对比。结果护理6个月后,研究组患者护理满意度为93.8%,血清前白蛋白为(253.49±19.85)mg/L、白蛋白为(35.94±2.35)g/L、疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分为(1.33±0.79)分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分为(32.23±3.08)分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分为(31.44±2.96)分,与参照组对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.469,P=0.006;t=10.709、6.718、4.180、11.208、11.982,P<0.001)。结论应用综合护理方式对炎症性肠病患者施以干预,可改善患者营养情况,提高患者生活质量,并可降低患者焦虑与抑郁等负性情绪,具有显著的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in patients with inflammatory bowel disease,and analyze their nutrition and psychologic statu.Methods From January 2018 to February 2021,conveniently selected 98 patients with inflammatory bowel disease admitted to the hospital.With the help of statistical odd and even number grouping method,the research objects were divided into reference group and the study group,with 49 cases in each group.Among them,the nursing method of the reference group was routine intervention,and the nursing method of the study group was comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was analyzed and compared.Results After 6 moinths of nursing,the patient care satisfaction of the study group was 93.8%,serum prealbumin was(253.49±19.85)mg/L,albumin was(35.94±2.35)g/L,NRS score was(1.33±0.79)points,SAS score was(32.23±3.08)points,SDS score was(31.44±2.96)points.Compared with the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.469,P=0.006.t=10.709,6.718,4.180,11.208,11.982,P<0.001).Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing methods to intervene in patients with inflammatory bowel disease can improve the nutritional status of the patients,improve the quality of life of the patients,and reduce the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression of the patients,which has significant clinical application value.
