摘要
目的探究对有机磷中毒致迟发性周围神经病变患者,采用系统化康复护理对肌力和生活质量的有效性。方法方便选择于2018年4月—2020年3月该院接收的有机磷中毒致迟发性周围神经病变患者共92例,根据不同护理措施分为两组,每组46例,常规组患者采取常规护理,研究组患者采取系统化康复护理,对比两组患者干预前后的肌力、生活质量、心理状态以及护理满意度。结果干预后,在肌力恢复情况上,研究组明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组生活质量(76.27±5.62)分明显高于常规组(68.38±6.13)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.435,P<0.001);干预后,研究组SAS和SDS评分为(44.19±5.44)分、(41.13±5.58)分,低于常规组(54.33±5.65)分、(54.26±6.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理总满意度为95.65%,常规组患者的护理总满意度为78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对有机磷中毒致迟发性周围神经病变患者实施系统化康复护理,能够有效提高患者的肌力,辅助提升患者的生活质量、心理状态,以及对护理的满意度,具有较好的推广意义。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of systematic rehabilitation care on muscle strength and quality of life for patients with delayed peripheral neuropathy caused by organophosphate poisoning.Methods A total of 92 patients with delayed peripheral neuropathy caused by organophosphorus poisoning were conveniently selected from this hospital from April 2018 to March 2020,according to different nursing measures,they were divided into two groups with 46 patients in each group.The patients in the routine group received routine care,and the patients in the research group received systematic rehabilitation care.Muscle strength,quality of life,psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the recovery of muscle strength in the study group was significantly better than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,the score of quality of life(76.27±5.62)points in the study group was significantly higher than that(68.38±6.13)points in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.435,P<0.001);after the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were(44.19±5.44)points,(41.13±5.58)points,which wrer lower than that in the routine group(54.33±5.65)points,(54.26±6.52)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 95.65%,and the total nursing satisfaction of patients in the routine group was 78.26%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement systematic rehabilitation care for patients with delayed peripheral neuropathy caused by organophosphate poisoning.It can effectively improve the patient's muscle strength,assist in improving the patient's quality of life,psychological state,and satisfaction with nursing,and has good promotion significance.
