摘要
目的分析医护一体化护理对糖尿病肾病患者血糖及肾功能的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月该院收治糖尿病肾病患者120例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组60例予以常规护理,研究组60例实施医护一体化护理,对两组患者的血糖、肾功能、生活质量及满意度进行比较。结果护理后研究组FPG(4.10±0.63)mmol/L、2 hPG(5.73±0.36)mmol/L及HbA1c(5.29±0.56)%比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后研究组患者的ET(53.01±7.46)ng/L、BUN(9.08±2.33)mmol/L、Scr(113.18±9.72)μmol/L及24 h Upro(1.09±0.32)g低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组物质生活(92.26±2.13)分、社会功能(84.41±8.52)分、心理功能(87.55±4.17)分和躯体功能(83.34±8.45)分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床总满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对糖尿病肾病患者实施医护一体化护理,可改善患者血糖及肾功能,能有效提高其生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of integrated medical care on blood glucose and renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,120 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.60 cases in the control group received routine nursing care,and 60 cases in the study group received integrated nursing care.The blood glucose,renal function,quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,FPG(4.10±0.63)mmol/L,2 hPG(5.73±0.36)mmol/L and HbAlc(5.29±0.56)%in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,ET(53.01±7.46)ng/L,BUN(9.08±2.33)mmol/L,Scr(113.18±9.72)μmol/L and 24 h Upro(1.09±0.32)g of patients in the study group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of material life(92.26±2.13)points,social function(84.41±8.52)points,mental function(87.55±4.17)points and physical function(83.34±8.45)points of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical satisfaction of the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical implementation of integrated medical care for patients with diabetic nephropathy can improve blood glucose and renal function of patients,and can effectively improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
