摘要
为解决超薄宽幅深冲钢炉内热瓢曲问题,对热瓢曲发生情况进行现场调研,并对其产生原因进行深入分析,提出了生产现场的主要调试方向,以大大降低生产过程中因热瓢曲出现的褶皱断带事故。
In order to solve the problem of hot ladle curl in ultra-thin wide deep drawing steel furnace,the occurrence of hot ladle curl is investigated on site,the causes are deeply analyzed,and the main commissioning direction of the production site is put forward to greatly reduce the wrinkle and broken belt accident caused by hot ladle curl in the production process.
