摘要
目的:实现医院电子病历合法合规性管理要求,加强电子病历使用者身份认证和授权管理,确保病历信息的真实性,保证电子病历合法合规使用。方法:通过管理部门与技术部门的分工协作,优化工作流程,建立面向全院的管理制度,规范数字证书的使用。结果:完成电子病历相关16个业务系统电子签名功能改造和相关制度建设,保障电子病历无纸化后的信息真实性。结论:电子病历合法合规使用,不仅需要技术手段,而且需要医院做好相应的组织管理和制度设计。
Objective:To realize the legal compliance management requirements of electronic medical records in hospitals,strengthen the user identity authentication and authorization management of electronic medical records,ensure the authenticity of medical records information,and ensure the legal and compliant use of electronic medical records.Methods:Through the division of labor and cooperation between the management department and the technical department,the workflow is optimized,the management system for the whole school is established,and the use of digital certificates is standardized.Results:Complete the electronic signature function transformation and related system construction of 16 business systems related to electronic medical records to ensure the authenticity of electronic medical records after paperless information.Conclusion:The legal and compliant use of electronic medical records requires not only technical means,but also the corresponding organizational management and system design of the hospital.
